Today we took a ferry out to the island of Langeoog. It was a fairly cold day and once we got off the ferry we quickly got on the train that is a one way and one way back so we had to make sure that we did not miss it. It was very interesting when we got to the town because you can drive any cars. I mean there was really no need for one because everyone transported by bike. The island is very huge into the summer tourism so when we were there the shops and restaurants were ghost towns. We did get to walk down to the beach to the north sea that was very cold and windy. I would say that it is an experience of a lifetime to see that kind of community exsist in this day and time.
