Hello!
This year I will be traveling to half way around the world to the heart of east Africa, Tanzania. I graduated last spring and was afforded the opportunity to live in a different country for a year. For the next nine months I will be living in Tanzania doing volunteer projects like teaching children English.
Today I have begun the arduous task of packing. It’s not easy packing for nine months, especially when you don’t know what it is like where you’re going (Tanzania is a developing nation and doesn’t have all things we have).
I leave in a month (16th of September) and I’m getting a little nervous but also excited for the journey. Throughout the year I will be sharing my stories, experiences and pictures with you.
